At King of Carts, we are committed to delivering high-quality dental carts to clinics across the United States and Canada in a timely and secure manner.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the USA and Canada only. For shipping outside these regions, please contact us directly at support@thekingofcarts.com.
Order Processing Time

Standard processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Custom-built or made-to-order carts: Lead time is typically 7–14 business days.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
Freight Delivery
Due to the size and weight of our carts, all shipments are delivered via LTL freight carriers.

Standard delivery is curbside only.

Inside delivery or white-glove service is available upon request for an additional fee.

You must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, product size, and service level.

Any available shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Report the issue to support@thekingofcarts.com within 48 hours.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you and the carrier to provide a resolution, including repairs or replacement if applicable.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery is missed due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but we will provide support to help resolve issues.
Return & Refund Policy
At King of Carts, we take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Our return policy reflects the custom nature and shipping complexity of dental carts.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on:

Custom-built or made-to-order carts

Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Contact support@thekingofcarts.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).

Our support team will guide you through the return process and confirm eligibility.
Return Shipping

For approved returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping.

In all other approved cases, the buyer is responsible for return freight costs.

Items must be returned in original or equivalent secure packaging.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If eligible, please request a return and place a new order separately.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet in production or shipped.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
