2-Year Warranty on All Dental Carts

At King of Carts, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all dental carts, covering materials and manufacturing defects under normal use.

What’s Covered

Our 2-year warranty covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship
Structural issues with the cart body, frame, or casters
Faulty components such as drawers, handles, or integrated accessories
Electrical components (if included), such as power strips or USB outlets

This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic scratches, dents, or finish deterioration due to cleaning chemicals or rough handling
Products used in environments beyond intended clinical/medical use
Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim:

Email us at support@thekingofcarts.com
Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue
Attach clear photos or videos of the defect
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will either:

Provide replacement parts
Offer a full replacement
Recommend return for repair at no additional cost (shipping may apply)

Important Notes

You may be required to return the defective item or component for inspection.
Warranty coverage is void if the product has been altered, misused, or handled outside recommended guidelines.
In the event the same model is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement.
